In my opinion, I don't even have to explain this post because you can see it on my face: happiness. One of my friends has a saying, that a picture translates into 1000 words, and it is true. Being happy is a state of mind and you are happy when you have everything in order, when you feel good in your own skin, when you have a laugh with your favourite person, when you eat something good, when you travel etc. We have, so much to be happy about in a lifetime, that we should have no time to be upset. We have so many people surrounding us, loving us and that, should be enough, for now.
