I don't know about any of you out there but i never have the perfect moisturized and soft lips. I never apply lipstick  because my lips are so chappy that i look like a total ghost. I've really been trying new products, new everything that can moisturize your lips and that can stay on your lips quite a time. And this turned up to be the best:
